My Why

This blog post is all about my why. Why am I doing this, writing blogs, writing a book, finding opportunities to speak and contribute to important conversations? Well recently it has become even more apparent that if I don’t do it now, when will I? I’ve felt it for quite some time, it’s a gut feeling type of thing.

How alcohol can exacerbate burnout and what to look out for before it's too late.

We are also a nation of traumatised, unhealed people. We are/were taught to push down emotion, to 'pull your socks up' and carry on. So if you are feeling the stress at work, that life is just getting heavier. Even if you can't put your finger on it or have a name for how you are feeling. Look out for some of these signs and just watch your alcohol consumption. It all starts with noticing.
